In the latest list of "Innovative Enterprises" published by the Science and Technology Bureau of Zhangqiu District, Jinan Haoyang Forging made the list with three invention patents. The company's independently developed "Gradient Hardness Steel Ball" technology controls the cooling speed to make the surface hardness of the ball reach HRC 62-65, while maintaining the core at HRC 30-35 for toughness, solving the industry problem of traditional steel balls being "hard but brittle" or "tough but soft".

Technical Director Mr. Chen pointed to the laboratory equipment and explained, "Each batch of steel balls undergoes a 200x microscopic structure test to ensure that the martensite content is ≥ 90%."
