Haoyang Casting and Forging has jointly developed a new generation of composite wear-resistant steel balls with the School of Materials Science and Engineering of Shandong University. They adopted the "forging + isothermal quenching" process, which increased the impact toughness of the products to over 12J/cm² and reduced the wear rate by 15%. The independently developed automated production line enables full-process quality monitoring, with key indicators being uploaded to the cloud database in real time. This ensures that the qualified rate of each batch of products exceeds 99.5%. The recently launched hollow steel ball series maintains strength while reducing weight by 18%, significantly reducing equipment energy consumption.
