4.Can you customize the steel ball diameter according to our ball mill model? What specification range is supported?
Full customization is available! We support diameters from 20mm to 150mm. Based on your ball mill model (e.g., Φ2.4×10m, Φ4.2×13m) and the characteristics of grinding materials (ore/cement raw meal), we can match the optimal steel ball diameter. The customization cycle only takes 7-10 days.

5.What is the delivery cycle for bulk orders? Which port do you ship from?
For regular specifications (e.g., 60mm, 80mm), we have stock for orders under 500 tons, and shipment will be made from Qingdao Port within 3 days after payment. For customized orders, production and shipment of orders under 500 tons will be completed within 15 days. Sea freight to major ports in Europe/South America takes approximately 25-35 days.
