Bulk orders from overseas mines, with performance indicators leading the industry
Jinan Haoyang Casting and Forging has won a contract for forging steel balls of 1,000 tons in the Southeast Asian market with a B2 material. The products cover specifications of 80mm and 90mm. The ball consumption, breakage rate, etc. meet the industry standards. The products are made of GCr15 material and undergo isothermal quenching process, with a hardness of HRC58-62. The wear resistance is improved by 30%-50% compared to ordinary cast balls. The company has completed customs declaration and will ship in early March. At the same time, it plans to build a digital twin workshop to strive for a 50% market share in the high-end market by 2026.
