We supply full series high chrome grinding media including Cr12, Cr15, Cr20 and Cr26 grades. The chromium content is over 10%, which forms dense and hard M7C3 chromium carbide phases inside the ball, providing far higher wear resistance than low chrome balls and forged steel balls.

Overall hardness reaches HRC 58-66 with consistent hardness from surface to core. The special alloy formula greatly reduces grinding loss, effectively lowering your consumption cost per ton of ore or cement clinker.
Strict heat treatment process ensures impact toughness ≥3.0J/cm². The actual broken rate is controlled below 0.3%, avoiding ball breaking, out-of-round and mill blockage problems. It stabilizes ball gradation and improves mill output continuously.
High chrome alloy structure resists oxidation and slurry corrosion, perfectly suitable for wet grinding conditions in mineral processing. It performs much better than ordinary forged steel balls in humid and alkaline grinding environments.
