High Chrome Grinding Media balls
Haoyang Hi Chrome Grinding media balls can provide: Cr 1%-28%, hardness: HRC40-66, Dia.10mm-150mm alloy cast steel balls. The balls have a lot of excellent properties, such as higher hardness, good abrasive resistance, together with a good surface finish and small dimensional allowance after scientific heating treatment, as one type of chrome grinding media, it can be widely used in ball mill grinding systems of mines, cement, building materials and chemical industries, etc.
High Chrome Casting grinding balls , chrome concentration is 》10%-14%, Hardness 》HRC 58, High Chrome casting grinding balls is one of the wearable steel balls with better performance -price-ratio, and its extensive usage has won itself a high share in the market .
News 11: [Technical Insights] Hao Yang Engineer Explains: How to Select Steel Balls for Ball Mills?
"Customers often ask: Why are the steel balls of others in the same mill usable for 6 months, while mine can only be used for 3 months?" The technical department engineer of Jinan Hao Yang Forging & Casting Co., Ltd. shared the three core indicators for selecting steel balls at a recent industry seminar.
Balance of hardness and toughness: For wet grinding in mines, steel balls with HRC 58-60 are recommended to strike a balance between wear resistance and impact resistance; for dry grinding of cement, steel balls with HRC 62-65 can be selected.
Specification ratio: Adjust according to the hardness of the ore. For example, for copper ore, a ratio of "60mm:80mm:100mm = 3:4:3" is recommended to maximize the grinding efficiency.
Surface quality: High-quality steel balls should have a roundness error of ≤ 1%, without cracks or shrinkage cavities. It can be judged by tapping and listening - a clear sound indicates a dense structure.
Haoyang Casting and Forging provides "operating condition diagnosis + customized solution" services. It has optimized the selection of steel balls for over 300 enterprises across the country, helping customers reduce grinding costs by an average of 18%.
