Cooperation with African customers

The African client is an outstanding enterprise in the local construction machinery and mining equipment industry. Having been deeply engaged in the African market for over a decade, it specializes in providing highly adaptable products for local grinding ball projects as well as for our company. Since 2020, the client has established preliminary supply cooperation with our company, and our products have gained wide recognition from the client’s end-market customers due to their stable quality and high cost-effectiveness.
With the evolving market demands in local African regions, the client required a targeted customized product solution to consolidate its market competitiveness. Meanwhile, the smoothness of our previous cooperation strengthened the client’s willingness for long-term collaboration; thus, in November 2025, the client made a special trip to visit our factory to discuss the details of the customized solution and advance the renewal of the annual supply contract. The client planned to launch the new batch of supply within 3 months, requiring the rapid completion of the entire process including solution R&D, sample testing, and mass production.
During the client’s visit, we set up a dedicated team consisting of members from technology, production, business, and supply chain departments. The team accompanied the client on a tour of the production workshop and R&D center, and analyzed the requirements on-site. Meanwhile, by integrating the research data we had previously collected on the African market, we jointly clarified the direction for product customization. Our technical team delivered the preliminary customized solution within 72 hours and completed the sample production in 15 days. In response to the client’s requirement for "local replacement of accessories", we collaborated with the supply chain department to screen matching components that are locally procurable in Africa, thereby reducing subsequent transportation and maintenance costs. The samples underwent three rounds of performance tests, all meeting the client’s expected standards.
Based on the successful implementation of the customized solution and the foundation of trust from our previous cooperation, the client signed the annual supply contract on the spot. The contract value increased by 50% compared with the previous year, with an agreement on an annual supply volume of no less than 2000 tons.
