Jinan Haoyang Casting and Forging produces wear-resistant forging steel balls, helping to upgrade the grinding efficiency of mines.
Recently, Jinan Haoyang Forging & Casting Co., Ltd. has launched a new generation of high-maintenance forging steel balls. With its outstanding performance, it has won batch orders from several large mining enterprises in China. These steel balls are made of B2/B3 high-strength alloy steel and have been optimized through the forging process by a 20-year experienced technical team. Their hardness level reaches HRC58-62, with a ball consumption rate 15% lower than the industry standard, and the breakage rate is controlled within 0.5%.
Based on the quality control system accumulated through ten years of technical cooperation with Finland, each batch of steel balls is provided with an authoritative MTC material certificate, meeting the international export compliance requirements. Currently, the products cover all specifications ranging from 20mm to 90mm. They can be customized for production according to customer conditions. In the ball mills of metal mines such as iron mines and gold mines, they can effectively shorten the grinding cycle by 10%, thereby reducing the comprehensive operating costs for the enterprises.
