100 Tons of B2 Forged Grinding Steel Balls Supplied to a Gold Mine in Australian
A mining company in Australia recently purchased 100 tons of B2 forged grinding steel balls from Jinan Haoyang Casting & Forging Co., Ltd.
The customer required 80–100 mm grinding balls for its mining and mineral processing operations. The main requirements included good wear resistance, impact toughness, and consistent quality for continuous grinding applications.
Based on the customer's requirements, we supplied B2 forged grinding steel balls in 80–100 mm diameter. The grinding balls were manufactured through controlled forging and heat treatment processes to ensure stable hardness and reliable performance.
The 100-ton order was completed and delivered successfully. This project demonstrates our ability to supply reliable forged grinding media for mining customers in Australia and other international markets.
