It is introduced that this high-chromium alloy cast steel ball is the result of two years of research by Haoyang Casting and Forging in response to the market demand for "high wear resistance and long service life" materials. The product adopts a unique optimized precision casting process. By precisely controlling the proportions of alloy elements such as chromium (≥12%), molybdenum, and nickel, combined with quenching and tempering heat treatment technology, the hardness of the steel ball reaches HRC 60+ (far exceeding the HRC 45-55 of traditional cast steel balls), the wear rate is reduced by 30% compared to similar products, and the breakage rate is controlled within 1%. In the field test at a large-scale mine in Shandong, the grinding efficiency of the ball mill using this steel ball increased by 20%, the grinding cost per ton of ore decreased by 15%, and it directly brought significant economic benefits to the enterprise.
