Jinan Haoyang Casting and Forging has built the first low-carbon casting and forging steel ball production line in China. The energy consumption per ton of steel is 320 kilograms of standard coal, which is 28% lower than the industry average. It reduces carbon emissions by 5,600 tons annually and has been awarded the title of "Shandong Province Green Factory". Through technologies such as natural gas heating and steel slag recycling, the utilization rate of raw materials reaches 98%. The proportion of green products exported is 45%. In the first half of 2025, the company's revenue increased by 19%. The company has established a carbon footprint traceability system and plans to achieve 100% clean energy substitution within three years, creating a "zero-carbon forging" base.
