The high-grade low-sulfur and low-phosphorus forged steel balls from Haoyang Casting and Forging of Jinan have been certified by France's ASN and have been installed in the Flamanville Nuclear Power Plant. The sulfur and phosphorus content is ≤ 0.005%, and the fatigue life is 100,000 impact cycles without cracks. The innovative vacuum degassing process has achieved a flaw detection pass rate of 99.8%, breaking the French technological monopoly. It has obtained the EU CE certification and is expected to export 3,000 tons per year. Plans to add 2 more nuclear power production lines.

Jinan Haoyang Forging & Casting Co., Ltd. recently released a new generation of B2/B3 composite material forged steel balls. It adopts an innovative hot rolling process, with a hardness of 60-65 HRC, a breakage rate of less than 1%, and a 40% improvement in wear resistance. This product has passed ISO9001:2025 certification and has been tested in gold mines, copper mines, etc., showing a 15% reduction in wear costs. The company has also launched differentiated material solutions (B2 for 60mm and below, B3 for above 60mm), saving $50 per ton for customers. As a key enterprise in Zhangqiu District, its products have been exported to Southeast Asia and African markets, helping to improve quality and efficiency in global mines.
