The high-maintenance forging steel balls independently developed by the company have successfully won a 200-ton batch order from an overseas mining giant. The products will be used for the grinding operations of the large copper mine under this enterprise.
It is known that the winning product this time is a 40-60mm forged steel ball made of B2 material. With a high hardness of HRC 58-62, an ultra-low ball breakage rate of ≤ 0.5%, and a MTC material test report that complies with international standards, it stood out among 12 suppliers worldwide. The person in charge of Jinan Haoyang Casting and Forging stated that the company has 20 years of experience in forging steel balls and can customize the material and specifications according to the customer's working conditions. The signing of this order marks a further increase in the recognition of the enterprise's products in the international high-end mining market.
