The dual-metal composite process achieves a surface hardness of HRC 60-65 and a core hardness of HRC 30-35 with a gradient, without any fractures for 3,000 hours, and the wear resistance is 15% higher than that of imported products. It has obtained 5 patents and has been supplied to the National Energy Group. A 50,000-ton intelligent production line is planned, and after the 2027 production start, the procurement cost can be reduced by 40%.

Hongyang's "Green Forging Steel Balls" are made from scrap steel and adopt a short-process manufacturing method, reducing carbon emissions by 30% and energy consumption by 42%. They have been included in the national list of green manufacturing. The Φ60mm steel balls have a wear rate of 0.8 kg/t of clinker, saving 15% of electricity. They have obtained the EU CE certification and are jointly exported by LafargeHolcim, totaling 12,000 tons. Plans are to build a photovoltaic forging workshop, achieving full-process carbon neutrality by 2026 and leading the industry towards green transformation.
